Last night, while I was tucking the boys into bed and it was Noah's turn to pray, he passionately said, "Thank you, God, for making my heart beep..." and then stopped mid-prayer and asked, "Mom, does God press a button to make my heart start beeping?  Is that how my heart beeps?"  Well, I did my best to explain how God breathes life into us and makes our hearts beat from the time we are teeny tiny and I am savoring these moments of such precious questions from these little souls!  Praise be to God for His good gifts!
